Sirius XM has more than 33 million subscribers and will hope to further differentiate from rival Spotify with the new channel.

The FDA says it will curb anti-competitive behavior on the part of drugmakers in a bid to lower the cost of expensive biologic drugs. It will also enlist Congress to close loopholes allowing the companies to undercut so-called biosimilars, or generic versions of biologic drugs, which are typically injected or infused.
